We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will back that up with our return policy. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your sunglasses, just contact us within 14 days by emailing your name and order ID (found on your invoice) to info@martzieyewear.com

We will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving your return and once we can confirm that there is no visible wear or damage to the sunglasses we will give you a refund or replacement.

The sunglasses MUST be returned unused, with no scratches on the lenses and with all the original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs and must supply a tracking number.

Please remove the address label on the front of the parcel to reveal the return shipping address, and please cross out our address on the back and write your address above.

We check all sunglasses before they are delivered to our customers to ensure they are in perfect condition but in the unlikely event you receive your sunglasses damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving them so we can arrange a repair or replacement. We will also refund you the cost of shipping them back to us. If we are notified later than 48 hours we cannot offer a repair, replacement or refund.
